The TrustScore is a weighted average that starts at a neutral 3.5 and moves as reviews arrive. Recent reviews count more than old ones, reviews from brand-new accounts count a little less, and reviews with a conflict of interest are shown but not counted.

Transparent scoresSee how many reviews are invited, organic or verified, and how the TrustScore is calculated.
No hidden reviewsWe never silently delete real reviews. Every removal has a reason that can be appealed.
Fair to businessesBusinesses can reply and invite all their customers, but paying never changes a score.
