How do I add teammates to my business page?
Short answer
Each teammate claims the business with their own company email on your domain. Invitations by email are coming soon.
How teammates join
Right now, teammates join by claiming the business themselves with their own company email, for example name@yourshop.com.
- Send your teammate the link to your business page on OKReviews.
- They click Claim it for free and sign in with their company email on your domain.
- Because the email is on your domain, they are verified instantly and get access.

Who this applies to
Businesses with a website domain and company email addresses. If a teammate has no email on your domain, they can verify another way, such as a website file, a DNS record or a manual check. See How do I claim my business page?
See who has access
Open your business dashboard, choose your business and go to Team. You'll see every member, their role, the date they joined and how they were verified.
Only owners and admins can manage API keys and invitation settings.
