How do I claim my business page?

Open your business page, click Claim it for free and verify that you manage the website domain. A work email on the domain verifies you instantly.
Why claim
Claiming is free. Once you claim your page, you can reply publicly to reviews, invite customers, add your logo, description and contact details, and show your rating on your website. Claiming never changes your TrustScore or which reviews are shown.
Claim in four steps
- Find your business on OKReviews and click Claim it for free. If it isn't listed yet, add it first.
- Enter your name and your work email, and confirm that you're allowed to manage the page.
- Open the link we email you, in the same browser. You can also continue with Google.
- Verify that you manage the business's website domain.
Ways to verify
- Work email (instant). If your email is on your website's domain, for example you@yourshop.com, one click finishes the claim.
- Website file (about 5 minutes). Upload a small text file with a code to your website, then click Check now.
- DNS record (up to 1 hour). Add a TXT record where your domain is managed, then click Check now.
- Manual check (up to 3 working days). Our team checks by hand.
After you claim
Your page shows "Claimed profile" and you can open your business dashboard. Next, add teammates, reply to reviews and invite customers.
