What data do you keep about me, and how do I get a copy?
Short answer
We keep what you need to use OKReviews, such as your email, display name and reviews. To get a copy or make another GDPR request, contact us with the topic "My data and privacy".
What we keep
The main things we keep about you are:
- your email address, which only you can see,
- your display name, shown on your reviews (it doesn't have to be your real name),
- your country and preferred language, if you set them,
- your reviews, their history and your votes,
- your notifications and email settings.
If a moderator asked you for proof, we keep those files for 6 months after the decision, then delete them. Only OKReviews staff sees them. Read the full Privacy policy.
