How do I change my review?
Short answer
Open the business page and click Write a review again. You'll see your review filled in, and you can update the stars and text.
Update your review
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to write the review.
- Open the business page on OKReviews.
- Click Write a review.
- Your existing review appears, already filled in. Change the stars, the title or the text.
- Click Update review.
You can also search for the business on Write a review. Because you can only have one review per business, you always land on your existing review.
What readers will see
Your updated review replaces the old one on the business page. The previous version stays in the review's history. If you changed your rating, readers may see a note such as "Updated from 2★ to 4★". This is useful when a business solved your problem after you first wrote.
Who this applies to
Anyone who has written a review and can sign in to the same account. If you can no longer sign in, see I can't sign in.
