I can't sign in. What should I do?
Short answer
OKReviews uses emailed sign-in links or Google, not passwords. Open the link within 1 hour in the same browser where you asked for it.
How sign-in works
There are no passwords on OKReviews. You sign in in one of two ways:
- Email link. Enter your email address and we send you a sign-in link.
- Google. Click the Google button and choose your account.
The link doesn't work
- It expired. Each link works for 1 hour. Ask for a new one.
- You opened it in a different browser. Open the link in the same browser, on the same device, where you asked for it. For example, a link requested in a private window won't work in a normal window, and a link requested on your laptop won't work on your phone.
- You already used it. Ask for a new link.
The email doesn't arrive
- Wait a couple of minutes.
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Check that you typed your email address correctly.
- Ask for a new link.
Sign-in emails are always sent, even if you turned off marketing emails.
