How do I delete my review?
Short answer
There is no delete button yet. Ask us through the contact form, using the topic "Edit or delete my review", from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it.
Ask us to delete it
You can delete your review at any time, but there is no delete button on the site yet. Until there is, we do it for you:
- Go to Contact us.
- Choose the topic Edit or delete my review.
- Tell us which business the review is about.
- Send the message from the email address on your account, so we know the review is yours.
We usually answer within 2 working days.
If we asked you for proof
If a moderator asked you to confirm your review, the proof page has a button I can't prove it: delete my review. Clicking it deletes the review straight away. This can't be undone. See Why are you asking me for proof?
Deleting all your reviews
If you close your OKReviews account, all your reviews are deleted with it, together with your profile and votes. You can do this yourself from My account. See How do I delete my account?
Good to know
Deleted content may stay in our backups for a limited time before it is removed for good. It is never shown on the site again.
