How do I install the WordPress plugin?
Short answer
Install the OKReviews plugin in WordPress, then paste an API key from your Get reviews page under OKReviews → Settings → OKReviews.com. Every completed WooCommerce order then gets an invitation.

Who this applies to
Shops built with WordPress and WooCommerce that have claimed their business page on OKReviews. If you haven't yet, see How do I claim my business page?
Step 1: Create an API key
- Open your business dashboard and choose your business.
- Go to Get reviews.
- Under API keys, enter a name such as "WooCommerce" and click Create API key.
- Copy the key right away. For your security, it won't be shown again.
Only owners and admins can create API keys.
Step 2: Install and connect the plugin
- In your WordPress admin, install the OKReviews plugin from Plugins → Add New, or from the link on the Get reviews page.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open OKReviews → Settings → OKReviews.com.
- Paste your API key and save.
That's it. Every completed order now gets a review invitation automatically.
Check that it works
After your next completed order, look at Recent invitations on the Get reviews page. The order should appear as Scheduled or Sent.
If nothing appears, check that you pasted the whole key and that it hasn't been revoked. If you lost the key, revoke it and create a new one. Still stuck? Contact us with the topic Invite customers.
