Why was my review removed? We remove or label a review only when it breaks one of our rules. You always get the rule and a written reason by email and in your notifications, and you can appeal.
How do I appeal a decision?Use the appeal link in the email or notification about the decision, within 6 months. Appeals are free and always decided by a person.
Why is my review hidden or pending? Some reviews appear after a quick check, and a review can be hidden for a short time while a moderator looks at it. You'll be notified when it's published or if anything changes.
Why are you asking me for proof?A moderator wants to confirm your review describes a real experience. Upload a receipt, confirmation or photo before the deadline; your review stays visible meanwhile and the business never sees your proof.
